Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop are offered as pre-orders when a product is not yet available or has not yet arrived with us. These cancellation terms set out how you can change or cancel such an order.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock but will arrive with us shortly. Full payment is made at the time of ordering.

Cancellation is possible within 72 hours of receipt of your order. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. Once this period has expired, cancellation is no longer possible.
