Right of Withdrawal

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases.
We therefore do not grant a voluntary right of withdrawal.
All orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or returned once completed.

Exceptions:

An exchange or return will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect delivery on our part
• Manufacturing defects (factory faults) upon receipt, which must be reported with photos within 72 hours of delivery. Transport damage is excluded and must be claimed directly with the shipping provider.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
