Shipping Information

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 day

Order cut-off time: Orders received after 4:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Express shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping: CHF 7.50 flat rate

Express shipping: CHF 9.50 flat rate

For purchases of CHF 250.- or more, your order will be shipped free of charge via Economy (applies to Switzerland only).

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Japan Import: Delivery Time

Some of our exclusive products are imported directly from Japan for you. This results in a slightly longer delivery time of approx. 5-10 business days. We order the items from our partners in Japan after you place your order, so that we can always offer you original, current and safe products.

We will keep you updated throughout the process, so you always know when your parcel is on its way to you.
