ETB vs UPC: The Differences

In Pokémon TCG, there are various product types that may seem similar at first glance. Two of the most popular are the Elite Trainer Box (ETB) and the Ultra Premium Collection (UPC).

The ETB usually contains several Booster Packs, Energy cards, accessories such as markers and dice, as well as a storage box. It is well suited for beginners and anyone who regularly wants to open new Booster Packs.

The UPC is more extensive and additionally includes higher-quality extras such as pins, special cards, or figures. It is aimed more at collectors who value unique contents.

Which option is right for you depends on whether you prefer opening and playing or collecting.
